I loved this album. I hated the drought-less interactions we had with Miley during this time. A lot of person reasons of backing away from the spotlight while having a #1 hit.
However, during her ‘vacation’ she was working on the next album.. which is now know as “Something Beautiful”

This album should be a five stars, however, I took a star off because of the way that the most annoying song “Flowers” was overplayed. Miley did a fantastic job on this album but I just didn’t like Flowers, and I know it was the lead single but it just wasn’t for me! Overall, nice album Miley!

This album doesn’t receive much credit. Yes her rock era was amazing and I prefer it more but this album has hits like jaded, violet chemistry, rose colored lenses, river and handstand aside from flowers. I wish this album was promoted more or people actually listened to the songs. It’s not a bad album at all. Better than most releases in 2023.
